The feeling that a superb thriller leaves you with is unlike any other feeling. This episode may not be doing anything different than those efforts, but it's told in a very effective manner with a potent atmosphere of mystery and tension that is thankfully maintained throughout the entirety of the story—there's always the sense that something is not quite right—and it all pays off wonderfully with some clever twists in the end.
